
MYLO — Terms & Conditions

1. The service
DoubleU AI Ltd (“DoubleU”, “we”) provides MYLO — an AI ordering and operations service for your business, including your online ordering page, in-store QR ordering, a staff dashboard, and (where requested) connected channels. These terms govern your use of MYLO.
2. Plans & fees
You choose one pricing plan at sign-up:
• Commission — a one-time setup fee plus a 5% service fee on every order processed through MYLO.
• Subscription — no setup fee and a flat monthly fee with no commission, so you keep 100% of every sale. Your plan includes a monthly transaction-volume cap; volume above the cap in a given month is billed a 5% fee on the excess.
Only orders placed through the online channels we provide (your storefront, QR, and any connected online channel) count toward fees. Orders you take and settle yourself at the counter or in cash are yours and are not charged.
The current fees for your plan and country are shown to you at sign-up and on your pay screen.
3. Billing & settlement
We provide a statement each settlement period showing your orders, revenue, and what is due. Commission-plan fees are reconciled on your agreed cadence; subscription fees (and any volume overage) are invoiced for the period.
Invoices are payable by bank transfer to DoubleU AI Ltd, GTBank, 3001603792, within 7 days of issue. We may suspend the service on 7 days’ written notice for invoices unpaid beyond 14 days; suspension does not cancel amounts already owed.
The onboarding/setup fee is non-refundable and covers account set-up, catalogue configuration, and channel activation.
4. Pricing changes
Our pricing is liable to change. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any change to your fees, and the change applies from the next billing period after the notice.
5. Suspension & withdrawal
We may suspend or withdraw the MYLO service where it becomes uneconomic to provide, on reasonable notice, or immediately for non-payment or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to settling amounts accrued up to that date.
6. Change of ownership or management
You will give us at least 60 days’ prior written notice of any sale, transfer of ownership, change of controlling management, or discontinuation of your business or of the MYLO service.
On any such change or discontinuation — and in particular within the first 6 months — all fees and other amounts accrued up to the effective date become immediately due and payable, regardless of the normal schedule.
These terms bind your successors and assigns. New ownership or management may continue MYLO only by affirming these terms (or agreeing replacement terms on no less favourable basis); otherwise the service is wound down under this section.
7. Refunds & chargebacks
Where we collect order payments on your behalf, refunds and chargebacks are deducted from amounts otherwise payable to you. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to fulfil a paid order.
8. Data & support
Your order, catalogue, and customer data are processed to operate the service and are available to you. Reach us any time at info@doubleuai.africa.
9. Free trial
Where offered at sign-up, you may start MYLO on a free trial: your service goes fully live without an upfront payment, and no card is required to start. The trial length is shown at sign-up and starts on the day your store goes live.
One free trial per business. When the trial ends without payment, the service is paused — your storefront shows as unavailable and the dashboard is limited to your account and payment screen — until you complete the payment for your chosen plan, at which point everything resumes immediately. Subscription billing starts on the date you pay, not on the trial start date.
Your data (menu, orders, settings) is retained for at least 30 days after an unconverted trial, after which it may be archived. Orders processed during the trial carry no MYLO fees.
10. Not legal advice / governing terms
These are the plain-language commercial terms of the MYLO service. Specific deal terms (fees, cadence, cap) are those shown to you at sign-up or set out in your separate written agreement with DoubleU, which prevails where it differs from these terms.
